We need your help now to fund “ARKland” – a new sanctuary for the animals of Kos, Greece. €150,000 would allow us to buy the land and building(s) and set up a permanent home for the charity to operate from. Can you please help us to raise this amount?

The ARKland appeal is part of a vision for an animal sanctuary on the the Greek isalnd of Kos. The vision comprises three stages:-

a. Short term (2012) – to raise funds for a deposit that will secure the charity’s permanent freehold on some land and buildings that it currently rents.

b. Medium term (2012 -2014) – to raise suffient funds to leverage the deposit and enable full purchase.

c. Longer term (2014 owards) – to support the long term running of the sanctuary.

To distinguish ARKland appeal from other charitable work of Animal Rescue Kos (ARK) we would like to acknowledge each donor’s contribution by enrolling them as “Patrons” and, for each €20 donation, create a post that can contain a short message that links to a fuller post and/or a link to an external website.
